To walk this path takes bravery because you’re devoted to truth more than anything else, and sometimes you have to let truth destroy and rewrite you.
We hold ourselves to the integrity of love and we simultaneously forgive ourselves 1,000 per day for forgetting how.
We don’t shame others for doing ‘wrong’ - we love others as they are, knowing they’re doing the best they can. And we set all boundaries we need at a human level to love others while loving ourselves.
We don’t fear the pain and darkness inside of us or in others. We know that everything is asking to be loved. And we trust the power of our hearts to learn how.
We know our greatest power is in truly setting our own selves free. On the path of the heart our individual freedom uplifts all humanity.
We live in reverence of our earth. We know the soil, the trees, the rivers are our home.
We walk with our hearts wide-open, and our heads slightly bowed. Knowing we are powerful beyond belief, and yet none of our power comes from our “I”, it comes from the ‘we’ and it is available to all.
We walk with surety - the support of our ancestors and a multitude of unseen family supporting us. And when our surety falters, we fall to our knees and ask for grace to help us see again.
For a free humanity, for our beautiful world.

Hi, I’m Victoria Bauman
I’ve been serving breath medicine since 2017, through workshops, retreats and private sessions.
I was born in Canada, raised in Haiti, and now based in Portugal.
Pain and loss have been my greatest teachers in this life. Time and again pointing me toward truth until I was willing to listen.
I believe we’re alive during an incredible human shift. It’s important to use our sacred medicines to allow everything to help us embody more love rather than falling in despair. I offer teachings and spaces to gather on our joint paths toward this.
I value heart integrity above all else. When you come into my space, it’s my soul saying to your soul “We’re on the same team, let’s do this.”
